Since all of our Venue Tours are private with one of our Planners, we do require a 24 hour notice outside of Open House events.

DO YOU OFFER DATE HOLDS?

After you tour with us, we will place your date of interest on a complimentary 24 hour hold to finalize plans on your end.

WHEN CAN I/WE GET INTO THE VENUE?

Your arrival time communicated with your designated WH3315 Planner will be the time that you can take posession of the venue. This is also when your hourly rental begins (if applicable)

WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

We are proud to offer an Open Catering policy to all of our clients. This means that you can choose any professional cater of your choosing. Your taste, Your Day, Your Way!

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown McHenry, we have an over abundance of Public Parking within a direct 1 block radius.

ARE YOU HANDICAP/ADA COMPLIANT?

Absolutely! We don’t have a single step, stair, or second floor at the venue to accommodate ease of movement for those who may need it.

The only thing we ask is that they be guided and handled during the Ceremony by a dedicated attendant.

DO YOU GUIDE US WITH FINAL DETAILS?

Your final walkthrough happens 2-4 weeks before your wedding or event with us. Along with your coordinator, we'll meet in person or virtually if that works better for you. You'll complete some prep work beforehand, and we'll guide you through all the deadlines so everything stays organized.
Your coordinator will reach out to gather pre meeting final guest counts prior.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS?

We absolutely adore referring our clients to the Hampton Inn and Suites just 7 minutes up the road right here in McHenry! They will guide you to create room blocks, exclusive rates, and more!
